– MISSION –
Offer industry-leading products. Deliver world-class customer service. Have fun doing it.
– ABOUT –
We opened our doors in 2003 with a single goal: to provide cable management products to networking professionals who needed parts on a moment’s notice. Our product line was slim but our customer service was the industry’s best. In fact, our first customers wrote our first slogan, “Proficium: The ER for IT Professionals.” Fast forward to 2017 and we are as committed to our customers today as we have ever been. But just like the customers we serve, just about every other part of the business has evolved!
We specialize in copper and fiber optic cable assemblies. Our products are built exactly to our specifications, meeting or exceeding ANSI/TIA standards for premium copper and ISO/IEC, TIA/EIA standards for fiber optic patch cords. What’s more, we offer services to save you time and money: we kit, bundle, and label. Our “value-added” mindset separates us from our peers. Our Newark, California warehouse also inventories power cords and cable management items for bundling and labeling, cable tray and cable runway. And we deliver locally!
Our customers are our lifeblood, which is exactly why we are relentless in our effort to create a world class customer experience. Our leadership team collectively spans more than 50 years of data, wire and cable industry experience, so we understand that timelines and budget constraints constantly challenge our customers. We pride ourselves on providing every customer with top products, competitive prices, and unbeatable service.
Whether you are a longtime customer or new to Proficium, believe us when we say you are a valued partner. Contact us today and let us connect you to the world!
