Terms and Conditions

1. Evaluation parts will be invoiced at the time of shipping with Net 30 Payment Terms.
2. Customers will return products or place an order with your sales representative within 30 days. The duration will not exceed 30 days without prior written authorization from Proficium.
3. If no order is received, the full web price for the products will be due after 30 days.
4. The product recipient is responsible for loss or damage incurred during testing. The equipment should be returned in good working condition.
